
Five Frogs Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention

FORT WORTH — Five Horned Frogs earned Individual Scholar All-America Honorable Mention honors, it was announced by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
Izzy Ashdown, Connie Deighton, Radu Duican, Hugh McPherson and Piotr Sadlowski represented TCU's swimming and diving program.
The award recognizes students who achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and were invited to compete at their respective national championship. Selections were drawn from 209 colleges and universities.
For the second consecutive year, Ashdown and Deighton qualified for NCAA Diving Zones. Both reached finals on platform at Zone D.
Duican, McPherson and Sadlowski all notched NCAA B cuts at the 2020 Big 12 Championships. Duican in the 200 back, McPherson in the 100 and 200 breast, and Sadlowski in the 100 and 200 fly.
