
100 Free Record Falls on Final Day of Texas HOF Invitational

AUSTIN, Texas — Noah Cumby rewrote TCU's record book on Saturday night at the Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
School Record
Cumby broke his own school record in the 100 free, swimming a 43.83 en route to a fourth-place finish. The junior's previous record was 43.94.
NCAA B Cut
Janis Silins notched his second and third NCAA B cuts of the season in the 200 breast between prelims and finals. The sophomore won his heat with a 1:55.84 and then placed second in finals with a 1:54.98. Silins had the fastest split in the final 50 of the race (30.19).
Top-10 Times
Dusan Babic's 44.07 in the 100 free moves him up to No. 3 from No. 9.
Piotr Sadlowski joined Babic in TCU's program records in the 100 free (No. 7) with a 44.34.
Stefan Varga also entered the 100 free top-10 at No. 9 thanks to his 44.44 that tied Ross Sullivan's time from 2018.
Chloe Miller broke into TCU's top times at No. 10 in the 200 breast (2:17.82).
Megan Morris recorded a 2:01.57 in the 200 fly, swimming herself into TCU's top-10 in the event at No. 7.
