
Multiple Individual Wins Highlight Crosstown Rivalry

FORT WORTH — TCU's swimming and diving teams fell to SMU in its second dual meet of the season. The men lost 171-125 while the women were bested 180.5-119.5.
NCAA Zone Cuts
Izzy Ashdown earned NCAA Zone Cuts on both 1- and 3-meter boards. The junior took 3-meter with a score of 306.90. Faith Harms-Zacharias collected her third qualifying score of the season on 1-meter.
Two's Better Than One
A trio of Horned Frogs won two individual events against the Mustangs.
Noah Cumby won the 100 Free (46.02) and 200 Free (1:39.58) on top of contributing to the men's 400 Free Relay that also took first.
Freshman Abigail Meder placed first in the 500 Free (5:03.57) and 1000 Free (10:18.17).
Piotr Sadlowski finished first in the 100 Fly (49.27) and 200 Fly (1:52.08). The Suwalki, Poland, native also swam on the first-place 200 Medley and 400 Free relay teams.
1-2-3
TCU swept the 200 Fly thanks to Sadlowski, Michael Chwaluk and Charles Millette. Chwaluk finished .42 seconds behind Sadlowski while Millette's time was 1:55.73.
