Moore led the Frogs in scoring in two monumental wins last week as they knocked off No. 7 Texas and No. 15 West Virginia. She scored 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting with five blocks against the Longhorns, helping TCU to its first win over a top-10 team since 2009. She backed up that performance with 17 points and 11 rebounds as the Frogs erased an 18-point deficit to beat the Mountaineers in overtime. Moore now ranks 11th in the Big 12 in scoring at 14.7 points per game and ninth in rebounding at 7.4 per game. She is second in the conference with a 62.7 field goal percentage and leads the Big 12 with 2.5 blocks per game.
Moore and the women's basketball team return to action on Saturday when they host Kansas inside Schollmaier Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Fisher had solid performances in the team's two overtime losses at Texas and Oklahoma. Against the Longhorns, Fisher scored 13 points and had six assists. Against Oklahoma, Fisher scored a career-high 22 points, including all eight of TCU's points in overtime. His previous best was 21 against William & Mary earlier this season. Fisher ranks fifth in the conference at 5.4 assists per game.
Fisher and the men's basketball team return to the court tonight against Iowa State inside Schollmaier Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m.
