TCU Celebrates Sybesma

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU Athletics Department celebrated the 38-year career of head swimming & diving coach Richard Sybesma on Monday afternoon.
Athletics administration, coaches, current and former student-athletes joined Sybesma's family and friends in the Founders Club where they enjoyed food and stories from the coach's illustrious career.
TCU director of intercollegiate athletics Chris Del Conte, senior associate athletics director Jack Hesselbrock, swimming & diving administrative assistant Laura Weisbrod, and former TCU swimmer Scot Hollmann spoke during the celebration, followed by a speech from Sybesma. Accompanied by his wife, children, and grandchildren, Sybesma thanked everyone in the athletics department and promised continued loyalty to TCU.
