DEDICATION SATURDAY
Saturday was definitely a historic day for Texas Christian University as we dedicated statues for a two-time national championship coach (Dutch Meyer), Heisman Trophy winner (Davey O'Brien) and our all-time winningest football coach (Gary Patterson).
We can't thank Bill and Sue Parrish enough for their most generous support in providing the funds for these statues that are now an important part of TCU history. Make sure to drop by the front of Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena to check them out. A special thank you as well to sculptor David Clark for his phenomenal work on these pieces.
TICKET UPDATES
If you are a football season-ticket holder, I'd like to personally thank you for your continued support! I am thrilled to share that we have renewed over 30,000 season tickets to date, having us well on our way to once again selling out Amon G. Carter Stadium! Upgrades, based on priority rank, will begin in May.
We're also taking $100 deposits per seat for new or additional men's basketball season tickets. Existing men's basketball season-ticket holders do not need to make a deposit unless requesting extra tickets. Renewal info for existing seats will be available later this year. It's definitely an exciting time for TCU basketball with the return of Jamie Dixon!
TOP PERFORMANCES
Two-time NCAA champion Ronnie Baker was named the Most Outstanding Performer at last weekend's Texas Relays. He closed the competition by anchoring our gold medal-winning 4x100 relay team. He also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay prelim Friday, recording the fastest qualifying time. The Horned Frogs went on to place second in the finals. Additionally, Ronnie finished third in the 100-meters against a highly competitive field that featured international athletes and four professionals.

NAME THE MOVIE QUOTE
Last Week's Answer: Many of you know that "Caddyshack" is arguably my favorite movie. It was Chevy Chase, as Ty Webb, who said, "Thank you very little."
This Week's Question: "Thank you, sir! May I have another?"
COMPLIANCE CORNER
The basketball coaches at Ocean State University are working on their camp itineraries for this summer. There is still a little bit of free time on the first day, so the coaches would like to conduct campus-wide tours. Is this permissible?
No. The coaches can only arrange for or provide a tour of the facilities that are utilized during the camp. NCAA Official Interpretation - 6/25/15 - Campus Tours During Camps or Clinics (I) - states that it is not permissible for an institution's athletics department to conduct a campus tour during an institutional sports camp or clinic. A prospective student-athlete may participate in a campus tour that is generally available to all prospective students, provided the athletics department is not involved in conducting or arranging the tour. In addition, the institution may conduct a tour of facilities that are utilized during the camp or clinic (e.g., residential hall, cafeteria, training room).
