Parrish, a native of Arlington, had quite the game against Jacksonville State, scoring 20 or more points for only a third time in his four-year career with a 20-point night. In his 100th career game, Parrish, who made his first start of the season, connected on four-of-six from deep. With four three's, Parrish has now connected on four or more triples in a game four times in his career. He only missed four shots total in two games in helping TCU move to 3-0 on the season.
After a win against Illinois State this week, the Horned Frogs are now 4-0 and will return to the court as they take on UNLV on Friday.
Martin, a McKinney, Texas, native, had a career-high 22 kills to lead the Frogs to a 3-2 (25-21, 23-25, 25-23, 18-25, 15-13) victory over Baylor last week. Martin led TCU in kills in three of the five sets on the way to her career-high while she also finished with a .404 hitting clip to go along with eight digs and two blocks.
Against Texas Tech, Martin chipped in 12 kills as the team moved to 13-12, (6-9) on the year. TCU will return home for its final home match of the 2016 season as the Frogs host West Virginia on Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m.
