FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU men's swimming and diving team will take on the SMU Mustangs in its second dual meet of the season on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 6:30 p.m. inside the Mansfield ISD Natatorium. Live results will be available via the Meet Mobile app by searching "SMU vs TCU Dual."
The Horned Frogs will be looking for their fourth-straight victory over the crosstown rivals. Before recording their first win over SMU in 2013, TCU held an all-time dual meet record of 0-24-1 against the Mustangs in a series that began in 1980.
Last year, the men's team won in thrilling fashion as the meet was decided on the final event. SMU held a five-point lead heading into the final event of the meet, but a split-second finish in the winner-take-all relay gave the Frogs their third win in program history against the Mustangs, 152-148.
The last time the two teams met in Mansfield, Texas, TCU won 173.5-126.5 in 2014.
