GREAT TIME TO BE A HORNED FROG!
What a week it's been! Baseball won the Big 12 regular-season championship, men's tennis reached the Final Four, men's golf advanced to the NCAA Championships and our men's 4x100 relay team won the conference title! This spring has been the continuation of a great year for the Horned Frogs!
A PURPLE OUT IN WACO
Monday was truly a special day to see the support many of you showed our men's tennis program in Waco for its Final Four match against Oklahoma. We also loaded up two buses of athletics staff. The below photo was taken after the OU match.

The support for our tennis program was seen throughout the year. For a third straight season, we led the nation in attendance. We were No. 1 in each of the four major categories: total attendance (8,467), average attendance (651), single-match attendance (2,112 vs. Texas on April 18) and number of top-5 attended matches (two).
HONOR ROLL
Congratulations to men's tennis coach David Roditi on being named the Wilson/ITA National Coach of the Year! Combined with Gary Patterson, it's amazing to have two sports in the same season with a national coach of the year.

It was also great to see Jim Schlossnagle selected as the Big 12 Baseball Coach of the Year! He's now been named a conference coach of the year in eight of his 14 seasons as a head coach.
FROGS PROMINENT ON ALL-BIG 12 TEAM
In addition to Coach Schlossnagle's honor, we also had Cody Jones and Connor Wanhanen receive Big 12 Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year, respectively. We led the conference with 14 players garnering All-Big 12 accolades.

NCAA BASEBALL REGIONAL TICKET INFO

The 16 hosts will be announced on Sunday, May 24, with the entire field of 64 revealed on Monday, May 25.

COODY & COACHES CLASSIC TO THE CROWNE PLAZA INVITATIONAL
Congratulations to John Wright, who played in the TCU Coody & Coaches Classic on April 20 and, as a result, won a Monday Pro-Am playing spot in this week's Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. John and his team took third place. In fact, the Horned Frog Nation represented very well at the Monday Pro-Am. The foursome of Aaron Grieshaber, Mitch McCoy, Todd Fitzgerald and associate athletics director for development Jeremiah Donati, playing with pro David Lingmerth, finished first!
