Team Notes
*The Horned Frogs have opened with a record of 8-1 or better for the fourth time in the last seven seasons and seventh time in 14 years under head coach Gary Patterson.
*TCU has now defeated every team in the Big 12 during its first three seasons in the conference.
*TCU improved to 26-3 when taking the field as a top-10 team under Patterson.
*Tonight's attendance of 48,012 was the third-largest home crowd in TCU history. The student attendance of 5,278 is a single-game record and represents more than 50 percent of the student body.
*TCU defeated its fourth ranked opponent of the season, setting a new school record. All four wins are in the last six games.
*TCU had at least one sack and one interception in a nation's-best 11th straight game.
*TCU's 334 yards rushing were its most since totaling 390 in a 2011 contest at Wyoming.
*The Horned Frogs improved to 71-4 under Patterson when rushing for at least 200 yards.
*TCU had two 100-yard rushers (Aaron Green, 171; Trevone Boykin 123) for the second time this season. Green and Trevorris Johnson both ran for 105 yards against Texas Tech.
*TCU limited Kansas State to just 34 yards rushing, marking the fewest yards allowed on the ground since holding SMU to 16 on Sept. 28, 2013.
*The Horned Frogs had a lead of at least 14-0 to open the game for the seventh time this season.
*TCU scored for the 276th consecutive game. It's the nation's second-longest current streak and sixth all-time in NCAA history. The Horned Frogs haven't been blanked since Nov. 16, 1991 at Texas (32-0).
*TCU's starting defensive line featured three players from West Monroe High School in Louisiana: tackle Chucky Hunter and ends James McFarland and Terrell Lathan.

Individual Notes
*Trevone Boykin totaled 342 yards of offense and four touchdowns (three rushing, one passing). It's the eighth time in nine games that he's had at least 332 yards of offense.
*Boykin's 123 yards rushing on 17 carries was a career high, surpassing his previous best of 101 yards set at Texas Tech last season.
*Boykin tied a career-high with three rushing touchdowns. His scoring runs were from 2, 19 and 23 yards, giving him seven rushing scores on the season and 17 in his career.
*Boykin's 10-yard touchdown pass to David Porter was his 23rd of the season, tying Andy Dalton (2009) for fourth-most in a season at TCU.
*Boykin's 219 passing yards give him 2,691 on the year, moving him past Max Knake (2,624, 1994) into fourth place for a single season at TCU.
*Aaron Green's career-high 171 yards rushing on 18 carries had him over the 100-yard mark for the second time in three games. He ran for 105 yards against Texas Tech.
*Green's 65-yard third-quarter touchdown rush was a career-long carry, bettering his 62-yard run against Texas Tech on Oct. 25.
*Kolby Listenbee's six receptions, for 31 yards, were a career high. His previous best was five catches, set earlier this season against Oklahoma.
*David Porter's 84 receiving yards were a season high, while his seven catches tied a season best and were one shy of a career high.
*True freshman wide receiver Emanuel Porter made his first career start and had a catch for six yards.
*Derrick Kindred had a team-best eight tackles.
*Chris Hackett snagged his team-best fifth interception of the season for his third-straight game with a pick. The interception was the 10th of his career.
*Mike Tuaua recorded his team-best fifth sack of the season, while James McFarland had his fourth sack.
*Jaden Oberkrom had a pair of 26-yard field goals to make him 16-of-20 on the season. He has made 10 of his last 11 attempts.
