Sullivan Leads TCU at Chile Pepper Festival

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - For the third-straight meet, freshman Bailey Sullivan posted the team's best mark at the Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark.
A total of seven personal-records were broken by the TCU women's team in the 5K run, an impressive feat after competing in back-to-back weeks.
On the women's side, every Frog in the meet set a personal-best. Sullivan came in at 17:34.2, shattering her previous mark by nearly 34 seconds.
The other personal-records set included: Arin Rice (18:05.2), Anna Cozart (18:16.4), Dominique Tilly (18:20.5), Nicole Hicks (18:29.8), Breanne Ball (19:08.7) and Miranda Speir (20:25.3).
In the men's 8K, freshman Matthew Brown tallied the team's top time, clocking in at 26:42.2. Freshman Dillon Smith followed closely behind, posting a mark of 27:05.1.
Dylan Larkin and Greg May finished together with times of 27:29.6 and 27:29.8, respectively. Other times on the men's side were Taylor Moult (27:43.2), Aaron Reichner (27:49.3), Ryan Spetnagel (27:51.3), Robbie Lacomble (29:22.8), Ryan Dykstra (29:34.4) and Shane Murray (29:47.0).
