* TCU fell to 2-1 overall this season.
* Garlon Green led TCU in scoring for the ninth time in his career and the first time this season with 20 points. It marked his fourth career 20-point effort.
* Jarvis Ray set a new career scoring high with 14 points, topping the previous best of 12 points he scored in last season's home win over Austin College (Nov. 11).
* Ray drew three SMU offensive fouls in the second half alone Thursday.
* Ray reached double digits in scoring for the second consecutive game. He had broken the 10-point barrier only once in his career prior to this season.
* Nate Butler matched his career scoring high previously set in last season's home CBI Tournament win over Milwaukee (March 13) with 10 points.
* Kyan Anderson tied a career high with eight assists. He previously reached the mark in last season's home win over Colorado State (Feb. 11, 2012).
