* TCU fell to 10-6 overall and 0-1 in the Mountain West. The Frogs are now 2-2 in conference season openers in head coach Jim Christian's tenure.
* TCU suffered its first loss this season in a game decided by six points or fewer. The squad is now 6-1 in such contests.
* The Frogs are now 1-1 in overtime contests this season. The squad previously recorded a 70-68 overtime victory at Evansville on Dec. 3.
* TCU played its first multiple-overtime game since a 108-99 win in three overtimes over Texas State on Nov. 24, 2009.
* TCU's 12 made 3-pointers marked a season best.
* Hank Thorns matched a career high with 21 points, his third career 20-point performance and his second this season. He led TCU in scoring for the team-leading eighth time this season.
* Amric Fields posted a season-high 20 points for his second career 20-point scoring effort.
* Garlon Green recorded the second double-double of his career, and his first this season, by recording 14 points and a career-best 12 rebounds. His previous rebounding high was 10 set Feb. 9, 2011 vs. UNLV.
* Kyan Anderson trio of 3-pointers marked a career best.
* CSU shot 72.7 percent (16-of-22) in the first half, the highest field-goal rate by any Frog opponent in a half this season.
* CSU finished the game shooting 55.6 percent overall, becoming the eighth Frog opponent to shoot at least 50 percent.
