* TCU improved to 5-2 for the third time in four years under head coach Jim Christian.
* Four of the Frogs' five wins this season are by five points or fewer.
* Kyan Anderson led TCU in scoring for the first time in his career with a career-high 15 points. The total marked the most by a Frog freshman since Amric Fields totaled 17 against New Mexico last season in Fort Worth (Feb. 26, 2011).
* Craig Williams pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds, breaking his previous high of nine set on March 5, 2009 against Saint Joseph's when he played for Temple.
* Williams' 13 rebounds are the most by a Frog since J.R. Cadot pulled down 13 in last season's MWC tournament first-round win vs. Wyoming (March 9, 2011).
* Fields reached double figures in scoring for the third consecutive game with 10 points, marking a career-long streak.
* Cadot set career highs in both free throws (eight) and attempts (12).
* Cadot scored in double figures for the fifth time this season, tying him with Hank Thorns for the team lead.
* TCU's bench outscored Lamar's reserves by a 41-10 margin.
