GREAT NIGHT AT COWBOYS STADIUM
Highlighted by our win on the gridiron over BYU and our halftime Frogs for the Cure event, it was a great night on Friday at Cowboys Stadium. It was also a fantastic turnout with over 50,000 in the house, especially considering a rather important baseball game of local interest was being televised at the same time. With the ESPN spotlight on the Frogs, it was a terrific evening of exposure for all of TCU.

CLUB SEAT UPDATE
At this time, all club seats are sold on the west side and in the south end zone of Amon G. Carter Stadium. Club seat depositors who did not have a chance to select seats and those with a remaining balance will have an opportunity to utilize their deposit balance in several ways between now and May 31, 2013. If you have further questions, please contact the Frog Club office at (817) 257-7700.
FACILTY UPDATE
By the time of our next home game, Nov. 19 versus Colorado State, you'll notice even more progress in and around Amon G. Carter Stadium. Our logo letters on the video board are being installed this week. We now have the west side elevator hardware on site. Within the infrastructure of the stadium, HVAC, electrical and plumbing work continues. We also have the exterior skin elements ongoing. Most notably, and perhaps impressive, is the completion of the upper deck pre-cast installation.

HOOPS AROUND THE CORNER
Season tickets for men's and women's basketball went in the mail earlier this week. Please keep an eye out for them in your mailbox. Single-game tickets are now available. This year's home men's schedule is highlighted by a Dec. 6 visit from Texas Tech, while the women welcome defending national champion Texas A&M to Daniel-Meyer Coliseum on Dec. 11. If you have not renewed your season tickets yet, don't be surprised if you receive a phone call from us.
FAST BREAK CLUB
For men's and women's basketball season-ticket holders interested in Fast Break Club information related to parking as well as pre-game and halftime access to the Moncrief Club, please contact our Frog Club office at (817) 257-7700.
SUITE AVAILABLE
We do have a suite available in the south end zone (Meyer-Martin Athletic Complex) at Amon G. Carter Stadium. If you are interested, please contact TCU associate athletics director Davis Babb at d.babb@tcu.edu or (817) 257-6927.
DEMOLITION SET
The east side demolition of Amon G. Carter Stadium will take place in December, following our final home game on Dec. 3 versus UNLV. The entire stadium will be completely renovated in time for the 2012 season.
ON THE DOCKET
It's an incredibly busy time with 12 of our 20 sports in competition this week. Our women's basketball program had an exhibition game last night, while our men's team will make its exhibition debut Saturday at 7 p.m. versus Cameron in the DMC. Admission is free. Our soccer team begins play at the Mountain West Championship this afternoon. Volleyball has upcoming road matches at UNLV and San Diego State, while football, rifle and women's tennis will also be on the road. Swimming and diving, equestrian and men's tennis have home events this weekend. There are plenty of activities to bring you to campus. Please check our website for complete schedules and times.

A TOP FIVE NATIONAL FINISH
As you may recall, each year the winning team at the Horned Frog Classic presented by Greenwood Office Outfitters advances to represent TCU in the Acura College Alumni Team Championship in North Carolina at Pinehurst Resort. The tournament is comprised of alumni contingents from other schools across the country. Last week, the TCU team of Mike Herman, Jeff Goodsell, Trevor Armstrong and Justin Bolger tied for third with a two-day score of 43-under par. It was the highest finish of any team representing a Mountain West or Big 12 institution. Congratulations Horned Frogs on a top-5 finish in this prestigious national tournament! If you would like to play in the Horned Frog Classic next year, log on to www.tcufrogclub.com and let the Frog Club staff know to put you on the list. Who knows, maybe you'll be on your way to Pinehurst next year!
COMPLIANCE CORNER
This week's topic covers boosters and established relationships. Preferential treatment, benefits or services because of the individual's athletics reputation or skill or pay-back potential as a professional athlete, unless such treatment, benefits or services are specifically permitted under NCAA legislation. The NCAA has developed a four-part test to measure whether or not an individual has become a booster and/or provided a prospective student-athlete or a current student-athlete, their relatives or friends with an impermissible benefit. If any of the following statements are true, then providing benefits to prospective student-athletes, current student-athletes, their relatives or friends can result in the individual providing the benefit to be classified as a booster from that point forward: (1.) Did the relationship between the athlete (or the athlete's parents) and the individual providing the benefit(s) develop as a result of the athlete's participation in athletics or notoriety related thereto? (2.) Did the relationship between the athlete (or the athlete's parents) and the individual providing the benefit(s) predate the athlete's status as a prospective student-athlete? (3.) Did the relationship between the athlete (or the athlete's parents) and the individual providing the benefit(s) predate the athlete's status achieved as a result of his or her athletics ability or reputation? (4.) Was the pattern of benefits provided by the individual to the athlete (or the athlete's parents) prior to the athlete attaining notoriety as a skilled athlete similar in nature to those provided after attaining such stature? The origin and duration of a relationship and the consistency of benefits provided during the relationship are key factors in determining whether the benefits provided are contrary to the spirit and intent of the NCAA bylaws regarding preferential treatment. Please remember to always ask before you act. Our NCAA compliance office is available at (817) 257-7525.
