Team Notes
*TCU is 9-0 for the second straight year and third time in the last eight seasons.
*TCU extended its school-record regular-season winning streak to 22 games. The Horned Frogs have won 23 of their last 24 overall contests and are 35-3 in their last 38 games.
*In five Mountain West Conference games this season, TCU has outscored its opponents 189-16.
*The Horned Frogs held their opponent to single digits in scoring for the sixth time in nine games this season, including five straight contests surrendering seven points or fewer.
*TCU limited UNLV to 197 yards of total offense. The Horned Frogs have held their opponent to fewer than 200 yards five times this season, including four times in its five MWC contests.
*TCU allowed 128 yards passing and remains the only team in the nation to surrender less than 200 yards in the air in every game this season.
*TCU ran its MWC winning streak to 14 in a row. The Horned Frogs have won 22 of their last 23 games in conference play since dropping a 27-22 decision to BYU on Nov. 8, 2007. The only loss in that stretch was a 13-10 defeat at Utah on Nov. 6, 2008.
*TCU won its 39th consecutive game when rushing (273) for more yards than passing (257).
*The Horned Frogs won their 48th straight game when rushing for at least 167 yards. TCU totaled 273 yards on the ground.
*The Horned Frogs and Rebels were even in turnover margin. TCU improved to 51-1 when ahead (36-1) or even (15-0) in that category since 2005.
*TCU improved to 69-2 under head coach Gary Patterson when allowing 17 points or less.
*The Horned Frogs held a 32:49 to 27:11 edge in time of possession and are now 49-2 in their last 51 games when leading in that category.
*TCU scored on its opening drive of the game for the sixth time (five touchdowns, one field) in nine games this season.
*TCU scored in all four quarters and has now tallied points in all but one quarter this season.
*The Horned Frogs had one punt and have punted just one time in their last two games. TCU had no punts the previous week versus Air Force.
*TCU improved to 17-0 in games when Jeremy Kerley scores a touchdown.
Individual Notes
*Colin Jones' 30-yard second-quarter interception return for a touchdown was TCU's third pick returned for a score this season. Dating back to last year, TCU has returned five of its last seven interceptions for touchdowns.
*Andy Dalton's 1-yard second-quarter scoring run was his 21st career rushing touchdown, moving him into a tie with Andre Davis (1992-95) for seventh all-time at TCU. Dalton is TCU's career leader in rushing touchdowns by a quarterback.
*Dalton's 54-yard touchdown pass to Josh Boyce on the third play of the second half was TCU's longest play from scrimmage this season.
*Dalton tallied his 17th consecutive game with a touchdown pass.
*Boyce had his third touchdown catch in the last three games, giving him four on the season.
*Bart Johnson had a 29-yard second-quarter reception to give him a catch in a team-best and career-high 31 consecutive games.
*Jeremy Kerley had a pair of touchdowns with a 5-yard first-quarter scoring run and a 24-yard fourth-quarter reception.
*Kerley's five receptions give him 99 career catches.
*Jason Teague's first-quarter interception was his second pick of the season and fourth of his career.
*Ed Wesley's 1-yard scoring run on the first play of the second quarter was his team-high 10th rushing touchdown of the season.
*Casey Pachall scored his first career touchdown on an 8-yard rush in the fourth quarter.
*Tank Carder and Colin Jones both tied a career-high in tackles. Carder had a team-best 10 stops, while Jones totaled nine tackles.
*Defensive tackle D.J. Yendrey made his first start of the season and the second of his career.
