While work on the Athletics Complex Renovation Project continues on pace for a Summer 2008 completion, the new LED scoreboard in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum is completed.
Here is a breakdown of several construction/renovation projects within the TCU Athletics Department:
Athletics Complex Renovation Project:The first pieces of the upper structure steel are expected to be in place within the next few weeks. Adjacent to the Morris Practice Fields, the walls for a new, theater-style meeting room for the football team are almost finished.
The framework should be completed by mid December.
Daniel-Meyer Coliseum:Installation complete on a new LED scoreboard. A new heating and cooling system in the DMC will also be finished in time for the upcoming basketball season.
Lupton Stadium: The home of the TCU baseball team has had a new drainage system added. A new, padded outfield wall will also be in place by next season.
