He also works as an associate on the Justin Boots Sports Medicine Team.
Bailey was the 1985 recipient of the Eddie Wojecki Athletic Trainer of the Year Award and earned the Frank Medina Award for service to athletic training and mankind in 1999. He was inducted into the SWATA Hall of Fame in 2000.
In his current role as associate athletics director at TCU, Bailey supervises the sports medicine department, equipment room, video services and strength and development.
