Sarah Woodruff

Sarah Woodruff serves as TCU's Assistant Athletics Director of Football Operations, a role she was elevated into ahead of the 2026 season after previously working as the Director of Football Operations for four seasons.
In her role, Woodruff is responsible for all off-the-field logistics of team operations including team travel, housing, and compliance. Her expertise was on full display in the 2026 season opener as Woodruff led the efforts to bring the entire operational capacity of TCU Football, including student-athletes, coaches, support staff, game operations, and other essential staff to Dublin, Ireland for the Aer Lingus College Football Classic.
Additionally, she also oversees all aspects of football camps including registration, itineraries, compliance, and guest coaches to ensure a seamless integration into supporting the growth of the TCU Football program.
Woodruff arrived at TCU from her alma mater, a then-American Athletic Conference school located in the Metroplex where she spent two seasons as the Director of Football Operations for head coach Sonny Dykes.
Prior to arriving in Dallas-Fort Worth, Woodruff spent a season as the Associate Director of Football Operations at Kansas while completing her Master's and had stints in the football program offices at Georgia Tech and Minnesota.
She married Tyler Olker, TCU's Assistant General Manager, in February 2025.
