2018 OUTDOOR
Flowers had a breakout individual season in 2018… After finding success on the 4x100 relay as a freshman in 2016, Flowers had more relay success and found individual success this season… As a member of both of the 4x400m and 4x100 relays, Flowers reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships and took home hardware in both events at the Big 12 Championships… In Eugene, Flowers earned Second-Team All-America honors in both events… Individually in the 200m, the Arlington-native set a personal-best in a third-place effort at the conference meet… At the West Preliminary round, Flowers was one spot short of qualifying for the national meet…
2018 INDOOR
During the indoor season, Flowers set an indoor personal-best in the 200m with a 20.90 finish at the Texas Tech Shootout… Competed twice as a member of the 4x400m relay including a win at the New Mexico Team Invitational…
2017 OUTDOOR
Opened the outdoor season with a pair of wins at the TCU Invitational in the 4X100 and 4X400 relays... As a part of the 4X100 relay team with Emeilo Ferguson, Raymond Bozmans, and Jalen Miller, Flowers recorded a top 10 finish at the Big 12 Championships, and qualified for the NCAA National Championships... Set a personal record in the 200m at the Jim Click Shootout, finishing in 21.12...
2017 INDOOR
Participated in six meets, primarily running in the 60m and 200m... Recorded two top five finishes in the 60m and three in the 200m, including a win at the Dunamis Sports Group College Classic...
2016 OUTDOOR
Competed in seven meets for the Horned Frogs during the outdoor campaign ... recorded a season-best 100-meter dash time of 10.54 at the Ricardo Romo Invite to take home first in the event ... aided in TCU's 4x100 relay win at the Texas Relays as the squad clocked in at 39.08 ... continued to play a pivotal role in the 4x1 relay ... took home silver at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 39.41, along with Summers, Watts and Bozmans ... named a First-Team All-American after placing sixth in the 4x100 relay at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a season-best time of 38.72.
2016 INDOOR
Competed in two meets for TCU ... took home third-place in the 60-meter finals (6.77) to open the season ... then recorded a time of 6.86 at the Texas A&M Team Invite.
