Shaquille Lee joined TCU in January 2026 and serves as the Assistant Director of Football Strength and Performance.
Lee came to Fort Worth following two seasons (2024-25) as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Syracuse where he worked with the football program.
Prior to Syracuse, Lee worked with the Notre Dame strength and conditioning staff in the spring of 2021.
Prior to that, Lee worked at Missouri Southern as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning, with prior graduate assistant and internship experiences at Midwestern State, Kentucky, Oregon and his alma mater, Indiana State.
Lee, originally from Gary, Ind., played one season of football at St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana for the 2012 season, before transferring to Indiana State in 2013. While at Indiana State, he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, with a minor in strength and conditioning. He later completed a master’s program with a concentration in coaching in 2019.
Lee is USAW Level One certified.
