After being sidelined by injury the opening five games, he played in the final seven contests with his first career start coming against Baylor ... recorded a career-high 11 tackles, including eight solo stops, versus the Bears ... totaled six tackles in the season finale against West Virginia ... also had four tackles against Oklahoma State and three in the 37-27 win over No. 15 Texas ... tied for 10th on the team with 26 tackles for the season.
