Frogs Earn NCAA Regional Bid

TCU will begin postseason play in Bryan, Texas
FORT WORTH – For the 34th time in the last 36 opportunities, the TCU men's golf team will play in the postseason, May 18-20 at Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas
It is also the 35th consecutive season that TCU will have representation in postseason. Last season, The Horned Frogs finished 10th at the Auburn Regional.
TCU was represented in Bryan the last time Traditions Club hosted a men's regional in 2022. Aymeric Laussot competed as an individual and finished tied for fifth place.
The No. 6 seeded Horned Frogs are coming off a third-place finish at the Big 12 Championship last week at Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan. Sam Udovich finished fourth and Lewis Wright placed 11th to earn spots on the All-Big 12 Tournament Team.
The third-place finish at Big 12 was the sixth top four finish in the last seven tournaments for TCU, which ranks 34th nationally. Udovich has led the Frogs in four of those events. The freshman leads TCU with a score average of 70.43 and ranks No. 88 nationally.
The top five teams and top individual not on a qualifying team will advance to the NCAA Men's Golf Championship, held May 29-June 3 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. TCU last qualified for the NCAA Championship in 2021.
