
Cross Country Announces 2024 Schedule

Horned Frogs host John McKenzie Invitational to kick off season Aug. 31
FORT WORTH – The Distance Frogs are back in action this month as TCU cross country unveiled its 2024 schedule on Thursday. The eight-meet slate features one home event followed by five others in the state of Texas.
The Horned Frogs kick off their schedule on Aug. 31st in Funky Town with the second annual John McKenzie Invitational. Last season, both the men and women secured a second-place finish at the event held at AP Ranch.
TCU races in North Texas again the following weekend, on Sept. 7, in Arlington at the UTA Gerald Richey Invitational before making one of three trips down to College Station for the Texas A&M Invitational (Sept. 13), Arturo Barrios Invitational (Oct. 18) and NCAA South Central Region Championships (Nov. 15).
The lone trip outside of the Lone Star State is slated for Oct. 5 in Ruston, Louisiana, at the LA Tech Mook 4 Invite.
This year's postseason begins 90 miles south in Waco on Nov. 1 with the Big 12 Championship meet.
