The Horned Frogs extend the home winning streak to 43 after the first day of the Horned Frog Challenge

FORT WORTH – No. 5 TCU went 2-0 on the first day of the Horned Frog Challenge on Friday. The Horned Frogs downed SFA (4-1) and conference opponent Tulane (4-1) for the first home wins of the season.

QUICK HITS AGAINST SFA
• Cam Guttell and Hallie Corinne Frist scored the first point for the Frogs from the No. 5 spot: 21-11, 21-6.
• Guttell improves her season record to 2-0 and Frist moves to 4-0.
• This is the duo's second win together.
• Emma Glagau and Josie Sek locked in point two at the No. 4 position: 21-15, 21-14.
• This is the pairing's third win together this season.
• Hailey Hamlett and Anhelina Khmil clinched the first home win of the season from the No. 1 spot: 21-14, 21-15.
• This is the duo's ninth win together this season and the seventh match-clinching point.
• Anete Namike and Alex Parkhurst scored the fourth point for TCU from the No. 3 position: 21-18, 21-14.
