Horned Frogs hit the road for the first time in 2024
FORT WORTH - No. 5 TCU men's tennis heads north for a dual with No. 13 Michigan before continuing on to New York City for the ITA Indoor National Championships.
After a weeklong hiatus, TCU (5-0) will play its third top-15 opponent in the past 12 days. The Horned Frogs are riding respective 5-2 and 4-3 defeats of No. 15 Stanford and No. 6 Tennessee into their lone indoor road affair.
The matchup between the Horned Frogs and Wolverines will feature eight players featured in the ITA singles rankings, with TCU accounting for five.
TCU and Michigan are squaring off for the third time in the last 24 months. The Horned Frogs downed the Wolverines 4-1 in the quarterfinals of the 2023 NCAA Championships in their most recent meeting. Tuesday's match is a return trip for TCU. Michigan notched a 4-1 defeat at the expense of TCU on March 2, 2022, in Fort Worth.
