
Anigbata, Holmes Garner Second Team All-American Honors

Anigbata breaks school record, both Frogs place in the Top 10 in the triple jump
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Grace Anigbata and Jaren Holmes both earned Second Team All-American honors after finishing in the Top 10 of their respective triple jump finals at the NCAA Indoor Championships on Saturday night.
Anigbata set the indoor school record in the triple jump with her leap of 13.58m (44' 6.75"). The 15-year-old program record was previously held by Neidra Covington (13.41m, 44' 0") in 2008. Anigbata placed 10th overall and earned her third All-American honor since arriving at TCU.
On the men's side, Holmes finished ninth with his mark of 16.23m (53' 3"). It's the third time this indoor season he has cleared 16.10m and the first time he has garnered All-American honors.
