TCU Announces Scholar-Athletes of the Month

McGovern, a native of The Woodlands, Texas, hit the ground running to open the spring season. McGovern recorded a career-best 3-under-par 213 at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic after posting back-to-back 69s to close the tournament. The junior has kept her standards high in the classroom as well with a 4.00 GPA.
Women's golf will return to action on March 11 at the Clover Cup in Mesa, Ariz.
Castagnara, a native of Pordenone, Italy, posted his highest finish of the season with a 13th place finish at the Amer Ari Invitational in Hawaii after posting three scores at par or better in the spring season opener. At the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate, Castagnara finished in a tie for 9th overall with a final round score of 69.
The men's golf team will head back to the course on March 7-9 for the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters in Las Vegas, Nev.
