
Football Visits Tarrant Area Food Bank

Making the deliveries along with representatives from Albertson's were Greg McCoy, Blaize Foltz and Jon Koontz. 500 local families in need will receive whole chicken roasters this holiday season as part of a special program called "Turkeys for Touchdowns" between TCU and Albertsons. Because of the increased price of turkeys this year, Tarrant Area Food Bank requested chickens in order to match the quantity with TCU's point total and provide a holiday meat for the greatest number of families.
