MANSFIELD, Texas -- The TCU equestrian team tied Fresno State in total points (8-8) but fell to the Bulldogs by a total score of 1,161 -1,059.5 at Fieldstone Park Sunday.The Horned Frogs swept the horsemanship competition with Allie Royder taking Most Valuable Player honors.
Carrie von Uhlit was the MVP in reining as TCU took a 3-1 decision in that event.
TCU's Caitlin Sewell was also MVP of equitation over fences with a score of 88.
The Frogs return to action Feb. 24 at Texas A&M before hosting Auburn on March 1.
