Competed in eight meets for the Horned Frogs … Represented TCU in the 800m at the NCAA West First Round (May 22-25) … Garnered his first Big 12 OTF medal with his fifth-place and personal-best time of 1:47.81, the seventh-fastest time in school history, at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … Ran on the winning SMR relay team that clocked a 3:18.71 at the Penn Relays (April 25-27) … Took second in the 1500m (3:50.18) at the Michael Johnson Invitational … Part of the second-place DMR team that ran a 9:41.73 at the Texas Relays (March 27-30).
2023-24 Indoor
Competed in six meets for TCU … Placed third at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24) in the 1000m (2:23.00), breaking his own school record … Started off the season with a personal-best in the mile (4:11.62) at the McFerrin 12-Degree Invite (Jan. 13) ... Won the 1000m (2:23.17) at the Corky Classic (Jan. 19-20) ... Finished fifth in the 800m (1:48.82) at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlett and White (Feb. 3) ... Took first at the Jarvis Scott Open (Feb. 9-10) in the 800m with a personal best time of 1:48.68 … Picked up his third first place finish of the indoor season at the 2024 Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 17) with a 1:49.12 in the 800m.
2023 Outdoor
Appeared in six meets for TCU ... placed first overall in the 800m (1:53.37) and second in the 1500m (3:55.69) at the TCU Alumni Invitational (March 17-18) ... won the 800m with a time of 1:50.52 and placed second in the 1500m with a time of 3:49.96 at the Clyde Hart Classic (March 24-25) … at the Sooner Invitational & Multis (April 14-15), placed first overall with a time of 3:51.56 in the 1500m … set two personal bests at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 21-22) in both the 800m (1:49.30) and the 1500m (3:48.41) … placed 13th in the 800m with his time of 1:50.14 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 12-14).

Ran in five meets for TCU ... took fourth in the 1000m (2:26.22) at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 13) ... won the 1000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a career-best time of 2:23.69 (Jan. 20-21) ... placed fourth in the 1000m at the TTU Jarvis Scott Open with a time of 2:30.82 (Feb. 10-11) ... ran on the eighth-place DMR team that ran the second-fastest time in school history (9:56.39) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25).

Appeared in seven meets for TCU … ran a season-best time of 1:51.86 in the 800m to finish ninth at the Jim Click Shootout … placed seventh overall in the 800m with a time of 1:52.18 at the Alumni Muster … finished second in the 800m at the TCU Invitational.

Appeared in two meets for the Horned Frogs … Finished fourth overall in the 1000 with a time of 2:30.34 at the Iowa State Classic … Ran a personal-best time of 4:15.57 in the mile at the Wooo Pig Classic.
