Goal for Personal Development and Leadership
The Student-Athlete Development Department offers personal development and leadership opportunities to assist student-athletes in enhancing their comprehension of leadership and making informed choices regarding their personal growth and leadership style. It is crucial for student-athletes to explore their identity beyond their sport, ensuring that upon leaving TCU, they are well-rounded individuals with a positive sense of self.![]() |

Collaboration with the Intercultural CenterStudent-Athlete Development has an ongoing partnership with the Intercultural Center on TCU’s campus. Through this partnership, student-athletes are encouraged to engage in events and organizations that promote diversity, inclusiveness, and cultural awareness throughout the TCU community. The Intercultural Center’s goal is to create a campus community that celebrates underrepresented students’ identities, cultures, and experiences. It is our job to provide a safe and inclusive environment for our student-athletes and through this partnership we strive to accomplish this goal.
