TCU Ranked Third in CTCA Poll

Four Horned Frogs ranked in the individual top-20.
FORT WORTH – After winning the Battle in the Fort Triathlon, TCU comes in at No. 3 in the first poll of the season released by the Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association.
The Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association released their individual rankings as well, with four Horned Frogs inside the top-20. TCU has the second-most ranked individuals behind Arizona State.
TCU is led by the sophomore duo of Jenna Buchanan and Maria Coral, with Buchanan coming in at No. 7 (99.052) and Coral at No. 9 (98.668) in the individual rankings. Coral finished first for TCU at the DeGray Lake Triathlon to start the season, whereas Buchanan was the first Horned Frog to finish at the Battle in the Fort Triathlon.
The Horned Frogs have been dominant in their inaugural season under the leadership of head coach Jenny Garrison, winning both races they have competed in.
