Josh Allen is in his first season as Graduate Assistant and Director of Operations for TCU’s Track and Field program.
As Director of Operations, Allen plays a critical role in the daily functioning of TCU’s Track and Field program. He streamlines operations by working closely with coaches and managing team logistics. His responsibilities include coordinating team travel, overseeing the program's budget, and serving as the program's compliance liaison.
A former sprinter, Allen competed at the collegiate level for four years, first at Nelson University (NAIA), where he set school records in both the indoor and outdoor 200m, and later at Lubbock Christian, where he was a finalist in the 200m at the LSC Outdoor Conference Championships.
Allen graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is currently working towards his master’s degree. He is a certified USATF Level 1 and Level 2 coach in Sprints, Hurdles, and Relays, further enhancing his expertise in track and field.
