
Zaun Repeats As CSC Academic All-American

Zaun is a first-team honoree
FORT WORTH – TCU women's rifle's Katie Zaun has been voted a CSC Academic All-American At-Large for the second time in her career. She is one of six Division I athletes to be a repeat selection.
Zaun, the 2024-25 CRCA Rifle Athlete of the Year, boasts a 3.98 GPA as an Early Childhood Education major. She was named the NCAA Elite 90 winner at the 2025 NCAA Championships. She was a second-team Academic All-American following her sophomore campaign. Additionally, she is a three-time CRCA Scholastic All-American.
A standout on the rifle range over the last three seasons, Zaun is a nine-time CRCA All-American. She has earned first-team designation eight times. She was tabbed the CRCA Rifle Athlete of the Year in 2023-24 and was also an alternate on the US Olympic team.
A total of 46 Division I student-athletes were recognized by the CSC on the At-Large team.
