Henry to Debut on Champions Tour

Henry was a three-time All-American at TCU
FORT WORTH – TCU hall of famer J.J. Henry will make his debut on the Champions Tour this weekend at the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational at The Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Fla.
Henry had played in 650 professional events since graduating from TCU in 1998. Of the 578 PGA Tour starts, Henry has made the cut in 341 of them. His wins include the 2015 Barracuda Championship, 2012 Reno-Tahoe Open and the 2006 Buick Championship. Henry also participated on the 2006 Ryder Cup and World Cup teams.
His standout TCU career ended with a runner-up finish at the 1998 NCAA National Championship after posting at the time, the best four-round score in program history. He was the first golfer in TCU history to earn All-America honors in three consecutive seasons. Henry also became the first TCU golfer to be selected as the Golfweek/Taylor Made Co-College Player of the Year and also earned Western Athletic Conference Golfer of the Year honors after capturing the WAC Championship.
