MTEN Preview: ITA Regionals

FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU men's tennis team is set to host the 2016 ITA Texas Regional Championships Presented by Oracle from Oct. 21-24 at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center here in Fort Worth.
The Horned Frogs will compete against 13 institutions across the state, including Abilene Christian, Baylor, Lamar, Prairie View A&M, Rice, SMU, Texas A&M, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas, Texas Tech, UT-Arlington and UTRGV, UTSA.
A total of 81 singles and 36 doubles entries will battle for qualification to the upcoming ITA National Intercollegiate Championship that will run from Nov. 3-6 in New York. Six TCU men's tennis student-athletes will take part in the tournament with two doubles pairs earning a seed as well as four singles participants.
